Renames the "State Board of Workforce Education and Career Opportunities" to "State Board of Career Education" throughout Title 6, Chapter 11 and updates references to the Department of Workforce Career Education.

Removes obsolete language from § 6-13-631(a) by deleting the phrase "Beginning with the 1994 annual school election" regarding school board member elections in districts with 10% or greater minority populations.

Corrects spelling errors and stylistic issues including "kindergarden" to "kindergarten" in § 6-13-1003(b) and changes "will" to "shall" in § 6-13-1003(b) and § 6-23-501(a)(4).

Repeals § 6-19-105 (Bus drivers - Liability) based on Arkansas Supreme Court ruling in Doe v. Baum that the section was repealed by implication.

Codifies § 6-64-419 establishing the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Center for Dental Education in cooperation with the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and Arkansas Children's Hospital.
