Amends Arkansas Code § 19-1-701(b) to restore a reference to the Office of Economic and Tax Policy of the Bureau of Legislative Research that was inadvertently removed from fiscal impact statement procedures.

Corrects the name of the fund account in § 19-5-302(5) from "Department of Arkansas Economic Development Commission" to "Arkansas Economic Development Commission" Fund Account.

Updates § 19-5-304(2) to rename the "Department of Workforce" fund account to "Department of Workforce Career Education" Fund Account and removes outdated references to "Career Opportunities" to reflect changes made by Acts 2009, No. 787.

Deletes obsolete statutory references in § 19-5-307(a) related to the Public Health Fund, specifically removing references to repealed laws and struck provisions regarding the Arkansas Tuberculosis Sanatorium transfer.

Includes a severability clause clarifying that this act does not repeal other acts passed during the Eighty-Eighth General Assembly's regular session, and that conflicting provisions of those acts shall prevail.
