• Establishes maximum of 205 regular employees for Ouachita Technical College for fiscal year 2011-2012, including 12 administrative positions, 25 classified positions, and 4 academic division chairs with specified salary ranges from $61,403 to $137,340 annually.

• Authorizes up to 60 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

• Appropriates $4,779,514 from state operations fund for regular salaries ($3,206,108), personal services matching ($800,000), and maintenance and general operations ($773,406).
