Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-16-903(44) which previously exempted the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine from stipend authorization.

Amends Arkansas Code § 25-16-905 to add the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine to the list of state boards authorized to pay member stipends.

Allows the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine members to receive a stipend not to exceed $110 per day for each meeting, examination, evaluation, inspection attended, or day performing proper board business.

Requires board authorization of stipend payments by majority vote during the board's first regularly scheduled meeting of each calendar year.

Stipend is the only compensation board members may receive, with no additional expense reimbursement or in-lieu-of payments allowed except as provided in § 25-16-902.
