• Establishes maximum of 612 regular employees for the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission for fiscal year 2011-2012, with positions ranging from AGFC Director ($125,843) to Mail Services Assistant (Grade C105).

• Authorizes up to 185 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding 85% of comparable position salaries and limited to 1,800 hours per fiscal year.

• Appropriates $88,597,928 from the Game Protection Fund for operations including $28,016,793 for regular salaries, $950,000 for extra help, $9,624,971 for personal services matching, and $35,300,481 for operating expenses.

• Appropriates additional $17,938,000 from Game Protection Fund for gas lease revenues, including $15,050,000 for operating expenses, $1,750,000 for capital outlay, and $1,038,000 for debt service.

• Effective July 1, 2011 with emergency clause to ensure uninterrupted agency operations.
