Removes obsolete language from § 16-10-137(a) requiring the Administrative Office of the Courts to submit annual reports on criminal charges to the Legislative Council and Commission on Disparity in Sentencing.

Eliminates references to repealed subdivisions in § 16-10-209(2)(F) regarding court clerk monetary settlement reports.

Repeals the Highway Safety Special Fund program from § 16-10-310(b) and renumbers subsequent state program funding allocations from the State Administration of Justice Fund.

Corrects technical language in §§ 16-12-202, 16-13-3107, 16-13-3205, 16-17-134, 16-17-802, and 16-17-909 to remove outdated references and update references related to Amendment 80 regarding district and municipal courts.

Repeals § 16-13-202 regarding circuit court rules, as comprehensive procedural rules have been issued by the Arkansas Supreme Court.
