Appropriates $100,000 to the University of Arkansas from the General Improvement Fund for renovation, maintenance, personal services, equipment, and operational expenses of the Arkansas Archeological Survey.

Allows the university to accept and use grants, donations, and Federal funds to supplement state appropriations for project costs.

Requires strict compliance with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations in fund disbursement.

Specifies that existing maintenance and general operations funding cannot be used for purposes authorized by this appropriation.
