Appropriates $100,000 to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as a grant to Radiation Therapy Institutes for providing radiation therapy services.

Funds are payable from the General Improvement Fund or its successor fund or fund accounts.

University may supplement state funds with grants, donations, federal funds, and unobligated cash income, but general appropriations for maintenance and operations cannot be used for this grant.

All disbursements must comply with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary, revenue stabilization, and fiscal control laws unless otherwise specified by law.

Effective date is July 1, 2011, with emergency clause declaring the appropriation essential to agency operations.
