Appropriates $1,000,000 to University of Arkansas Community College at Hope from the General Improvement Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.

Funds designated for developing and enhancing infrastructure, technology, facilities, and resources to improve student success and educational delivery across the college's service area.

Institution may supplement state funds with grants, donations (including Federal funds), and unobligated cash income to finance project costs.

Maintenance and General Operations appropriations for the agency cannot be used for purposes covered by this appropriation.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2011 as an emergency measure to ensure immediate agency operations.
