Creates an exemption from general window tinting regulations for sedans licensed as automobiles for hire that are chauffeur-driven and accommodate a minimum of three rear passengers

Allows tinted sedans to have 3% net light transmission on rear passenger doors and rear windshield, 10% on a front windshield "eyebrow" strip, and 25% on front passenger doors

Excludes taxicabs and vans from the sedans eligible for this exemption

Requires owners to remove window tinting and comply with standard regulations when the sedan is sold to a non-commercial entity or is no longer used as a vehicle for hire, unless the tinting is permanent glass tinting rather than film

Sedans complying with this section are exempt from the standard window tinting regulations under Arkansas Code § 27-37-306
