Penalties assessed by the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board must be paid within 15 days after the conclusion of the appeals process under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act.

If a fine or installment payment is not paid timely, the Board may notify the Office of Motor Vehicle of the failure to pay.

The notice must include the entity or individual's name, vehicle identification number, date the fine was imposed, fine amount, delinquency date, and remaining delinquent amount.

Upon receipt of the failure-to-pay notice, the Office of Motor Vehicle shall suspend the tow vehicle license plate and registration.

The suspension remains in effect until the Office of Motor Vehicle receives written notice from the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board that the fine has been paid.
