Amends Arkansas Code § 6-17-704(e)(2) to expand the objectives of teachers' professional development plans

Adds subsection (P) requiring educators to receive knowledge and skills needed to teach culturally and linguistically diverse students

Maintains existing 15 professional development objectives (A through O) focused on student learning, instructional improvement, and educator expertise

Professional development objectives now encompass leadership, collaborative learning communities, data-driven decision making, research-based strategies, classroom assessments, and family involvement
