Existing fee structure remains in effect until the State Board of Health promulgates new rules, including hospital categories ranging from $200-$900 annually based on radiation source usage classification.

Annual fees are based on calendar year (January 1 - December 31) with payments due by December 31 of the previous year; applicants for new licenses charged for full calendar year regardless of issuance month.

Entities financed solely by the State of Arkansas General Revenue Fund are exempt from annual fees; all collected fees are deposited as special revenues into the Public Health Fund.
