Amends Arkansas Code § 7-7-305(c)(1) to modify requirements for candidates filing for elective office to use their name and titles on ballots

Candidates may use up to three (3) given names, including one (1) nickname or identifying word, and may add a prefix showing the title of any elective public office currently held

Restricts use of judicial office titles as prefixes in judgeship elections to candidates currently serving in an elected judicial position for at least twelve (12) months prior to filing

Prohibits nicknames from including professional or honorary titles
