Amends Arkansas Code § 14-16-105 to allow county property sales through Internet auctions in addition to public or private sales, with notice posted on Internet vendor websites for at least 8 consecutive days before the sale date.

Permits property appraised under $2,000 to be sold for not less than three-fourths of appraised value through public sale, private sale, sealed bids, or Internet sale.

For property appraised over $2,000, requires notice published in newspapers for two consecutive weeks and allows sales to highest bidder through sealed bids or Internet sale, with approval from a board consisting of the sheriff, treasurer, and circuit clerk.

Exempts recycling program materials, conservation easements, easements for utilities and public improvements, and property leases from standard sale procedures, though some still require quorum court approval.

Amends § 14-16-106 to add Internet auction as an option for selling surplus property, with same 8-day notice requirement on Internet vendor websites.
