Prohibits insurers from requiring employers with 50 or fewer employees to purchase life insurance as a condition of obtaining health insurance coverage in Arkansas.

Defines "employer" as a person or entity employing 5 or more employees in Arkansas during 20 or more calendar weeks in the current or preceding year.

Defines "health insurance" to include hospital and medical expense policies, health maintenance organizations, and health care plans that pay for or furnish medical services, but excludes long-term care, disability income, dental-only, vision-only, and workers' compensation coverage.

Defines "employee" to include applicants for positions and full-time or part-time workers, with specific exclusions for family members, independent contractors, and individuals employed outside Arkansas.

Defines "insurer" to include insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, hospital and medical service corporations, and self-insured health plans for governmental entities.
