Tenants of leased or rented farmland have no right to hunt or fish or grant hunting or fishing rights unless expressly granted in writing by the farmland owner.

Hunting and fishing rights on farmland reside solely with the owner of the farmland.

Farmland owners have the right to travel by foot or vehicle on the farmland and through associated roads, waterways, ditches, levies, and easements.

Farmland owners may move, remove, use, pump, or impound water on the farmland.

Farmland owners may erect and operate permanent or temporary structures including blinds, docks, decks, and pumping systems, and may grant other persons the right to hunt or fish on the property either orally or in writing.
