Requests the President and Congress of the United States continue immediate and future funding for the Norfork and Greers Ferry national fish hatcheries in Arkansas.

The fish hatcheries generate over $150 million in annual economic impact while costing approximately $1.5 million annually to operate, yielding $3.65 in federal tax revenue for every $1.00 invested.

Norfork hatchery employs 994 individuals and Greers Ferry hatchery employs 752 people, with dozens of resorts established in these fishing areas supporting hundreds of additional jobs.

Trout fishing in the White River basin is worth approximately 50 percent more annually than the $100 million in electricity generated from Bull Shoals Lake and Norfork Lake combined.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to forward official copies of the resolution to the President, Speaker of the House, President of the Senate, and all members of the Arkansas Congressional Delegation for entry into the Congressional Record.
