Calls upon Arkansans to recognize the strength of the state's agricultural industry and celebrate its benefits through appropriate observances and activities

Encourages Arkansans to learn about nutrition, make healthy food choices, and show compassion to hungry individuals

Commends agricultural organizations and businesses for producing healthy, affordable food and serving as major contributors to food banks and hunger-relief organizations

Notes that Americans spend less than 10% of their disposable annual income on food and that Arkansas farmers work in an environmentally sustainable manner to feed local, national, and international populations
