• Commends Miss Alyse Eady, a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, for being selected as Miss Arkansas 2010 and placing as 1st Runner-Up in the Miss America 2011 Pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada in January 2011

• Recognizes her achievements including graduating from Ouachita Baptist University in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Speech Communication, and her performance as a singer and ventriloquist in the pageant talent competition

• Acknowledges her community service as Youth of the Year for Arkansas and the Southwest Region by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, including 3,000 hours of volunteer service and service as a BGCA ambassador to Turkey and Germany

• Notes her pageant winnings as Miss South Central Arkansas, Preliminary Talent Award winner, and Coleman Overall Talent Award winner at the 2010 Miss Arkansas Pageant
