Reappropriates balances of capital improvement appropriations to the Arkansas Department of Health effective July 1, 2012, from the General Improvement Fund.

AIDS Drug Assistance Program receives up to $4,000 for HIV disease medications.

Antony Hobbs, III Task Force on Automated External Defibrillators receives up to $17,474 for operating and stipend expenses.

Electronic Health Records System receives up to $8,034,460; facility maintenance and renovation receives up to $5,000,000; equipment replacement receives up to $1,500,000; Rural Health Services Revolving Fund receives up to $1,800,000; and Rural Physician Incentive Revolving Fund receives up to $1,900,000.

All disbursements must comply with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, and other fiscal control regulations; funds cannot be used for maintenance and general operations.
