Reappropriates unspent balances from three prior appropriations to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training, effective July 1, 2012.

Item (A): $12,195 for maintenance, renovation, repair, equipment, construction, and acquisition from Act 117 of 2011.

Item (B): $7,980 for constructing and equipping a laundry facility from Act 117 of 2011.

Item (C): $500,000 for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of real property and facilities from Act 552 of 2011.

Restricts fund usage to State Treasury funds available unless supplemented by grants, donations, Federal funds, or unobligated cash income; prohibits use of general operations funds for these capital projects.
