Appropriates $286,990 from federal funds for the State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board - Community Grants for fiscal year 2012-2013, including $36,944 in regular salaries, $15,000 in operating expenses, and $205,200 in community grants and aid

Authorizes one full-time employee at Grade C120 for the Operations division and one full-time Staff Development Specialist at Grade C114 for the Community Grants division

Authorizes one temporary or part-time employee for the Operations division when needed

Makes the appropriations effective July 1, 2012 as an emergency measure necessary for the continued operation of child abuse prevention programs
