Appropriates $189,453 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for the office's fiscal year 2012-2013, including $106,961 for regular salaries, $35,614 for personal services matching, $2,132 for operating expenses, and $44,746 for grants and aid-assistance to minor children.

Requires disbursement of funds to comply with state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, regular salary restrictions, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.
