Appropriates $14,790,092 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of Attorney General's operations including 135 regular employees with salaries ranging from $28,491 to $120,943 annually.

Appropriates $4,040,472 from the Crime Victims Reparations Revolving Fund for the Crime Victims Reparations Program with 11 employees and $3,192,982 allocated for victim claims.

Appropriates $1,571,586 in federal funds for the Crime Victims Reparations Program – Federal and $1,772,504 in federal funds for the Medicaid Fraud Division – Federal, plus $298,700 for indirect costs.

Authorizes up to 8 temporary or part-time employees for operations and up to 2 temporary or part-time employees each for the Crime Victims Reparations Program and Medicaid Fraud Division – Federal.

Requires quarterly reports to the Arkansas Legislative Council on all cash funds received from court orders or settlement agreements, including case names, amounts, disbursement plans, and current balances.
