Appropriates $751,049 from federal funds and $424,508 from cash funds for federal and cash operations, including maintenance, general operations, conferences, travel, and professional fees

Appropriates $148,024 for purchasing, copying, and shipping Braille and large print textbooks to blind and visually impaired students in Arkansas public schools

Establishes special provisions for summer school employee compensation, teacher salary adjustments to match public school rates, shared services with the Arkansas School for the Deaf, and restrictions on dual compensation effective July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013
