Appropriates $387,280 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for the Commission's operations, including $229,702 for regular salaries, $69,280 for personal services matching, and $88,298 for maintenance and general operations

Requires compliance with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations in fund disbursement
