Appropriates $52,380 to the Secretary of State from the State Central Services Fund for wireless connectivity equipment, software, and installation on the second, third, and fourth floors south of the Rotunda in the State Capitol Building.

Allocation includes $12,052 for operating expenses and $40,328 for capital outlay, supplementing funds previously appropriated under Act 1098 of 2011.

Requires compliance with Arkansas procurement, accounting, budgetary procedures, revenue stabilization, and salary restriction laws in disbursement of funds.
