Reappropriates balance of capital improvement appropriations to the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission from the General Improvement Fund effective July 1, 2012.

Allocates $200,000 for maintenance and general operations of wildlife museums from Act 387 of 2011.

Allocates $10,000 for wildlife-related festival expenses from Act 511 of 2011.

Allocates $300,000 for purchase or acquisition of additional public lands for outdoor recreational opportunities related to fish, wildlife, and natural resources from Act 711 of 2011.

Requires compliance with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws; permits use of grants, donations, federal funds, and unobligated cash income to supplement state treasury funds for projects.
