Establishes maximum of 6 regular employees for the Arkansas Geographic Information Office for fiscal year 2012-2013, including 1 State Geographic Info Officer, 1 GIS Lead, 2 Senior GIS Analysts, and 2 GIS Analysts.

Authorizes up to 2 temporary or part-time employees ("Extra Help") at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $818,336 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for personal services and operating expenses, including $430,244 for regular salaries, $6,000 for extra help, and $115,037 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $250,000 from the Geographic Information Systems Fund for Geostor and framework spatial data operations as authorized by Arkansas Code 15-21-502 and 15-21-504.

Appropriates $122,500 in federal funds for flood map-related operating expenses, capital outlay, and travel; act effective July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
