• Appropriates $3,859,578 to the Administrative Office of the Courts – Operations for fiscal year 2012-2013, including $2,158,991 for regular salaries and funding for personal services, operating expenses, judicial education, and court interpreter fees

• Establishes 37 maximum regular employees for AOC Operations and authorizes 2 part-time or temporary employees for the 2012-2013 fiscal year

• Appropriates $291,450 to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission – State and $250,000 to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission – Cash

• Appropriates $8,379,931 to the Division of Dependency-Neglect Representation, including $2,325,037 for regular salaries, grants for local CASA programs ($1,151,700), and parent counsel reimbursements ($2,114,886)

• Appropriates $6,074,971 to the Judicial Fine Collection Enhancement program from the Judicial Fine Collection Enhancement Fund, plus additional appropriations for court security grants, district judge continuing education, drug court programs, and other court-related initiatives, effective July 1, 2012
