Authorizes Senator Dismang to introduce a bill amending Arkansas Code § 16-93-615(b)(1) regarding parole eligibility for inmates convicted of felonies

Replaces specific references to sexual assault in the first and second degree with a broader category covering any offense requiring sex offender registration under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997

Maintains parole eligibility after serving one-third (1/3) or one-half (1/2) of sentence for qualifying felonies including homicide, battery, kidnapping, rape, aggravated robbery, and drug-related offenses

Preserves exceptions for offenses listed under § 16-93-612(e)(1), which restrict parole eligibility for the most serious crimes

Renumbers subsections (C) through (H) to (C) through (G) to reflect the consolidation of sex offense provisions
