Requires the Department of Workforce Services to conduct biweekly interviews with unemployment benefit claimants to monitor work search efforts and continued eligibility for benefits

Each biweekly interview must include a review of the claimant's work search efforts during the preceding two-week period and discussion of plans for finding work in the upcoming two weeks

Directs the director to consider claimant attendance and participation in biweekly interviews when determining eligibility or disqualification for benefits

Requires the director to consider documentation of the claimant's work search efforts or lack thereof when making eligibility determinations

Directs the director to promulgate regulations to implement the biweekly interview requirement and related procedures
