AR HB1110

Amends Arkansas Code § 3-2-210 to add the Deputy Director of Education of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division to those authorized to enter, search, and inspect licensed alcohol beverage premises.

Grants the Deputy Director authority to inspect records and seize contraband at licensed premises when duly designated by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division.

Establishes that the right to enter and search licensed premises is deemed a condition of any alcohol beverage license or permit granted by the state.

Provides the Deputy Director with the same powers, rights, and protections as other law enforcement officers, including the power of arrest, service of warrants, and the right to bear arms in the line of duty.
