AR HB1289

Establishes maximum of 205 regular employees for Ozarka College for fiscal year 2013-2014, including 19 twelve-month administrative positions, 20 classified positions, 5 academic positions, and 80 part-time faculty.

Authorizes up to 100 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $5,642,756 from the Ozarka College Fund for personal services, operating expenses, capital improvements, and other costs.

Appropriates $13,076,000 from cash funds for regular salaries, extra help, maintenance and general operations, capital improvements, debt service, and promotional items.

Effective July 1, 2013, with all disbursements subject to compliance with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
