Removes the July 1, 2013 sunset clause from the definition of "public water system" in Arkansas Code § 25-19-103(6), making the definition permanent.

Removes the July 1, 2013 sunset clause from Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b)(18), which exempts public water system security records from public disclosure requirements.

Protects from disclosure records including risk assessments, security plans, emergency response procedures, and any other information that could jeopardize public water system security.

Removes the July 1, 2013 sunset clause from Arkansas Code § 25-19-106(c)(6), allowing public agencies to permanently conduct executive sessions to discuss public water system security matters.
