Requires chiropractors who refuse to submit to background checks to be accompanied by an assistant whenever interviewing or treating patients.

Prohibits license renewal for chiropractors who refuse to submit to required criminal background checks.

Adds background check costs to license renewal fees and requires proof of background check compliance for license reinstatement and reactivation of lapsed licenses.
