Appropriates $2,783,762 from State Central Services Fund for House staff personal services and operating expenses, including $1,491,220 for regular salaries and $100,000 for extra help.

Establishes maximum of 15 regular employees for House staff operations with positions including Chief of Staff ($141,509), Chief Operations Officer ($141,509), and various administrative roles.

Appropriates $500,000 for information technology operations, $200,000 for legislative orientation and briefing meetings, and $1,671,685 for Member Services staff.

Appropriates $2,031,589 for Supplemental Staffing with maximum 19 employees including legislative analysts and committee secretaries.

Includes reappropriation authority of up to $3,079,226 from Constitutional Officers Fund and $3,000,000 from State Central Services Fund for carryover expenses, effective July 1, 2013.
