Amends Arkansas Code § 6-85-210(b)(2) to modify continuing eligibility requirements for Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship Program - Part 2 recipients.

Requires scholarship recipients who fail to successfully complete any credit hours toward degree completion in a semester to immediately forfeit the remainder of their scholarship award for that academic year.

Mandates the Department of Higher Education notify recipients of loss of eligibility when scholarship funds are forfeited.

Requires receiving institutions to certify that scholarship-funded students are enrolled in courses meeting satisfactory academic progress standards leading toward a certificate, associate degree, nursing diploma, or baccalaureate degree.
