Appropriates $1,253,133 to the Department of Arkansas State Police from the Department of Arkansas State Police Fund, including $563,200 for regular salaries, $215,113 for personal service matching, and $297,420 for capital outlay.

Transfers $1,253,133 from the General Revenue Allotment Reserve Fund to the Department of Arkansas State Police Fund immediately upon the act's effective date for use solely by the Scrap Metal Investigation Division.
