Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-1-102 concerning state agency smoking policies because § 20-27-1804 already prohibits smoking in all enclosed areas owned, leased, or operated by state agencies.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-3-107 restricting Department of Arkansas Heritage printing expenditures because the department has complied with the requirements and the statute is now moot.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-16-508 requiring the Auditor of State to print blanks for commissions and teacher licenses because the Auditor of State no longer performs these duties.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-16-512, § 25-16-513, and § 25-16-514 concerning examinations and reports by the Auditor of State because these functions are no longer performed.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-16-610 exempting railroad aid and levee bonds from the Treasurer of State's indebtedness reporting because the statute's requirements are obsolete.
