Amends Arkansas Code § 12-27-114(a)(2)(A) to clarify that the Department of Community Correction shall reimburse counties for housing inmates when the department cannot accept them due to insufficient bed space or when inmates are confined in county jails under prerelease programs or sanctions for supervision violations.

Reimbursement rates are determined by the State's Chief Fiscal Officer after consultation with the division and Department of Correction, and upon approval by the Governor, until appropriated funds are exhausted.

Amends Arkansas Code § 19-5-1045(c) to specify that the County Jail Reimbursement Fund covers three categories of prisoners: those sentenced to the Department of Community Correction, those placed on probation with accompanying incarceration, and those confined in county jails under prerelease programs or sanctions for supervision violations.

Capitalizes and clarifies the language throughout the statute to standardize terminology for reimbursable housing situations.
