Adds new subchapter to Arkansas Code Title 16, Chapter 120 to establish charitable immunity for churches and other places of worship as physical locations where persons congregate to practice religion.

Churches and other places of worship are not vicariously liable for the negligence of another person occurring on their property.

Churches and other places of worship are not liable for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage sustained by persons on their property, except when covered by insurance (liability limited to policy amount) or when the church or its agent acts in bad faith, with gross negligence, recklessly, or intentionally.

This subchapter is supplemental to and does not eliminate any other tort or charitable immunity that churches or places of worship may have under existing law.
