Adds exemption for agents, employees, or sales representatives of alarm system companies who do not install, maintain, repair, or reconfigure alarm systems and do not have access to passwords or codes used to arm or disarm systems

Adds exemption for certified public accountants licensed by the state when performing investigative duties in connection with their accounting practice

Exempts employees, independent contractors, or agents working under supervision of a licensed certified public accountant when providing investigative services to the accountant and their practice

Amends Arkansas Code § 17-40-103(a) to add these two new exemptions to the Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies Act
