Exempts employees or supervised individuals of licensed adjusters or agents from licensure requirements when performing portable electronic insurance claims tasks including collecting claim information, furnishing claim information, and conducting data entry through an automated claims adjudication system.

Limits a single licensed adjuster or licensed agent to supervising no more than 25 persons under the exemption.

Defines "automated claims adjudication system" as a preprogrammed computer system designed for collection, data entry, calculation, and resolution of portable electronics insurance claims that must be certified as compliant by a licensed independent adjuster.

Modifies residency requirements for adjuster licensure to clarify that applicants must be residents of Arkansas or licensed by another state that permits Arkansas residents to act as adjusters in that state.

Establishes that nonresident independent adjusters from other states or foreign countries cannot be licensed in Arkansas unless they are already licensed as adjusters in another state.
