Amends Arkansas Code § 17-30-304(a) to clarify that the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors may establish application fees, certificate fees, renewal fees, license reinstatement fees, examination fees, penalties for late renewals or cancellations, and any other fees deemed necessary within state guidelines.

Amends Arkansas Code § 17-48-104(e) with identical language, allowing the board to establish the same types of fees (application, certificate, renewal, license reinstatement, examination, late renewal/cancellation penalties, and other necessary fees) within state guidelines.

The bill adds "license reinstatement fees" and "examination fees" to the previously enumerated types of fees the board is authorized to impose.
