Amends Arkansas Code § 7-6-218(b)(3)(B) to allow the Arkansas Ethics Commission to disclose confidential investigation information to proper law enforcement officials, agencies, and bodies as needed to conduct investigations.

Permits the Arkansas Ethics Commission to disclose confidential information to the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct or the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission when an investigation or inquiry concerns an attorney or judge.

Amends Arkansas Code § 16-10-404(b)(1)(G) to allow the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission to release information to the Arkansas Ethics Commission if it reasonably believes a violation of a law or rule under the Ethics Commission's jurisdiction has occurred.

Authorizes the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission to release information to any committee, commission, agency, or body within or outside the state empowered to investigate, regulate, or adjudicate matters incident to the legal profession if it reasonably believes a violation of professional conduct rules for attorneys has occurred.
