Amends Arkansas Code § 11-4-405 to expand wage payment requirements from railroads to all employers, requiring full payment of earned wages at the contract rate on the day of discharge or refusal to further employ

Establishes a 7-day deadline for wage payment after discharge, with wages continuing to accrue at the same rate until paid if not paid or tendered within that timeframe, but limited to 60 days unless legal action is commenced

Applies penalty provisions to all companies and corporations doing business in Arkansas, not just railroads, if wages are not paid within 7 days of discharge or refusal to further employ

Adds new requirement (§ 11-4-406) for employers to provide detailed wage stubs for each pay period including total hours, gross and net wages, pay rate, overtime compensation, deduction itemization, and employer contact information

Adds new requirement (§ 11-4-407) that in wage disputes, employers must pay all wages or wage portions they concede are due without conditions, and prohibits employers from requiring a release as a condition of payment
