Amends Arkansas Code § 23-64-202 to create a new limited lines travel insurance producer license category, replacing the prior transportation ticket agent exception.

Defines "limited lines travel insurance producer" as a licensed insurance producer designated as the supervising entity, and "travel insurance" as coverage for personal risks during planned travel including trip cancellation, baggage loss, accommodation damages, and medical emergencies, excluding major medical plans for trips of six months or more.

Requires limited lines travel insurance producers to maintain a registry of travel retailers, provide purchasers with material policy terms and claim filing information, designate a licensed employee for compliance oversight, and ensure all travel retailer employees receive training on insurance types, ethical sales practices, and required disclosures.

Prohibits unlicensed travel retailers from evaluating insurance terms, providing coverage advice, or holding themselves out as insurance experts, though they may provide general information about coverage and costs.

Subjects limited lines travel insurance producers and travel retailers to the Trade Practices Act (§ 23-66-201 et seq.) and Producer Licensing Model Act (§ 23-64-501 et seq.), with the producer responsible for ensuring travel retailer compliance.
