Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall create and issue a special license plate for the Arkansas Future Farmers of America Association.

License plate design shall be created by the Arkansas Future Farmers of America Association and submitted to the director for approval under established rules.

Plate issuance requires payment of: standard motor vehicle registration fee, $25.00 design-use contribution (remitted monthly to the FFA Association), and $10.00 handling and administrative fee (deposited into State Central Services Fund).

Special license plates may be renewed annually or replaced following procedures in Arkansas Code § 27-24-1405, with fees remitted monthly to the FFA Association.

Act becomes effective January 1, 2014.
